Right of Withdrawal

If you are acting as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods. In the case of multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, the period will begin from the day of receipt of the last product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement. To do so, you may use the form provided on this page or send a communication through the contact methods indicated on the website, identifying the order and the products for which you wish to exercise the withdrawal.

The receipt and processing of the withdrawal request does not imply the automatic approval of the refund. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or until the consumer provides sufficient proof of their return. Once the product is received, the company may verify its condition, conformity with the order, and correct preservation.

In the event of withdrawal, payments received will be refunded, including, where applicable, ordinary delivery costs. However, if the consumer selected a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method offered, the additional costs resulting from that choice will not be refunded.

The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any case, within the legally prescribed period, using the same means of payment used for the purchase, unless another means is expressly agreed.

The consumer must return or hand over the products without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which they communicate their decision to withdraw from the contract. This deadline shall be deemed met if the return is made before the end of said period.

The consumer will bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the company has expressly agreed to bear them or unless the consumer was not informed that they are responsible for bearing these costs.

The products must be returned in good condition, with no signs of use other than those necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functioning. The consumer will be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functioning.

The right of withdrawal shall not apply in legally exempt cases, including products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
