Information on the Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the applicable consumer regulations, you have the right to withdraw from this sales contract within a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the moment the package arrives at your delivery address (physical receipt of the order), without the need for any justification.
The withdrawal period will expire exactly 14 calendar days from the day on which you receive the package (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier).
How to exercise your right?
To exercise your right of withdrawal in a quick and digital manner, you only need to fill out the form below by entering your order reference and the email address used for the purchase. Once the request is submitted, the system will record your declaration in an unalterable manner and will immediately send an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (PDF document) to your email address.
Effects of withdrawal, exchanges, and refunds
- No-cost return for you (Free): In line with our customer service commercial policy, returns and the first size exchange for standard catalog products are completely FREE of charge for the customer. Once your request is approved by our team, we will provide you with collection instructions or a shipping label so that you do not have to bear any direct return costs.
- The refund: We will proceed to refund the full amount paid for the returned products using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction. This refund will be made without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. However, in accordance with the law, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back at our warehouse or until you present proof of their return.
- Condition of the goods: The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all its tags, and in perfect condition. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items (a check equivalent to what you would physically perform in a retail shop before purchasing).
⚠️ EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (Custom or Made-to-Order Items)
In accordance with Article 103.c of the Spanish General Consumer and User Protection Law, the right of withdrawal and the free size exchange policy do not apply to contracts concerning the supply of goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized. Therefore, all items (such as boots, shoes, or accessories) manufactured under express customer order, with special shaft measurements, special widths, or non-standard design customizations, are strictly excluded from the right of return and legal withdrawal.
