These General Conditions, together with the Special Conditions that may be established, regulate the legal relationship derived from the contracting processes formalised by: LAZO Y DUQUE S.L. and the users of its online shop that are provided through the site VALVERDEBOTAS.COM and its associated links VALVERDEBOTAS.COM being able to be contracted by any user as long as they comply with all the terms stipulated in these Conditions and in the particular conditions of the different domains.

The shipping costs will be reflected in the order and are calculated automatically depending on the order placed.

Ordering from Spain
Shipping costs for orders placed from anywhere in Spain will depend on the selected payment method, regardless of the province to which it is sent.
The options are as follows:
- Transfer or deposit in our bank account: free shipping costs.
- Credit card: free shipping costs.
- PayPal: free shipping
- Cash on delivery: shipping costs 3,50€.
- Shipping costs to the Canary Islands 10,00€.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES
For international orders outside Spain (except Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands), and the European Union, all orders will be subject to customs clearance fees and local taxes that may apply. Payment of these fees is the responsibility of the customer and depends on the customs policies of each country. Please note that our prices do not include foreign country taxes and customs fees, which vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the final purchaser. Likewise, in the case of orders to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, the buyer must pay the corresponding SAD and the corresponding local tax. In the event that the customer fails to meet any customs obligations such as the passage of duties or clearance, we reserve the right to cancel your order and you may lose the right to a refund.
Dispatch charges for orders from abroad will vary depending on the area to which they are being shipped.
We do not accept cash on delivery for these orders.

At Valverde Botas we work with different transport companies depending on where the orders are to be sent, national or international.
Domestic orders, Balearic Islands and Portugal (except Canary Islands): We work with the transport company MRW.
Canary Islands Orders:We work with the transport company Correos.
International orders:We work with the transport company TNT.
Products in stock:
In general, unless there are holidays in between, we follow this rule to assign you a delivery date that will be the closest we can offer, as a reference, these are the conditions that we apply to our shipments of products in stock:
National orders (except Canary Islands):24 - 48 hours.
Canary Islands Orders:10 business days.
International orders:3 - 4 business days.
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there is neither delivery nor delivery of orders.
Products without stock:
In the products that are not in stock, they are manufactured when the customer places the order.
The manufacturing period is 15 business days normally.The manufacturing time is expressly indicated on these products in a red color.
Valverde Boots does not guarantee the availability or the delivery time of the products offered from VALVERDEBOTAS.COM, except for products that expressly state their availability (products in stock, therefore, delivery times apply to items in stock and orders placed from Monday to Friday before 10:00 am .For orders placed on weekends or after 10:00 am, the period starts from the next business day, Monday to Friday except for holidays.
If there is any unforeseen event in the delivery of the order, we will contact you through your email address, or the telephone number that we request when registering on the web, to find a solution.

Orders will be considered as delivered once the customer signs the merchandise receipt document. It is their responsibility to verify the condition of the package and possible anomalies due to damage to the material or that the content does not correspond to the delivery note.
The shipment will be made to the address and to the owner provided in the purchase process. Before you place your order, we will inform you of the expected delivery details.

On occasions, the transport company returns to our facilities orders that have not been able to deliver, because the recipient of the order is absent from the postal address indicated on the package, or the postal address is incorrectly indicated, and has not been able to get in touch by any means. In these cases, our company notifies the user of this incident, to process a new shipment, confirming the correct postal address. In the event that the user does not respond to our notices, we keep the package in our facilities for up to 30 days.
In the case of a new shipment by mistake in the customer's address, shipping costs will be charged again.

Only for Spain, cash on delivery, with an added cost of 3.50€.
No other payment method is accepted.
The payment is always in advance of 100% of the order and will be sent when we confirm the payment.
The products and services offered on the web, and their prices, will be available for purchase while they are in the catalog of products displayed through the web page. Users are kindly requested to access updated versions of the website to avoid pricing errors. In any case, the orders in process will maintain their conditions for 7 days from the moment they are formalized.
In compliance with current regulations, the user will have the right of withdrawal for 14 calendar days.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day the customer received the product.

Consequences of withdrawal
In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund the amount of the order, subtracting the shipping costs incurred by it.
The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 business days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this Contract and we have received the return of the product, if applicable.
We will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment used by the client for the initial transaction.
The client must return or deliver the products or services directly to us within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which he communicates his decision to withdraw from the Contract. The term will be considered fulfilled if you return the goods before said term has expired. The customer must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The customer will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
The right to withdraw from the Contract will apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same conditions in which the customer received them, and without prejudice to the exceptions provided to said right.
No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of it, of products that are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered or that have suffered any damage , so you must be careful with the product / s while they are in your possession.

Remember that you do not have the right to return personalized products, since they have been manufactured exclusively for you. These products cannot be returned unless it is due to a manufacturing defect.
The item must be returned including all its original packaging, instructions and other accompanying documents. In any case, you must deliver together with the product to be returned the receipt or invoice that you will have received at the time of delivery of the product duly completed.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of article 103 Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the Right of withdrawal will not apply to the following products:

If the reason for returning an order or part of it is not contemplated in the previous list, we will not refund the amount of the item or the return costs. Example: if the design does not convince, color or quality of the item, etc.
