Once the purchase has been made, VALVERDEBOTAS.COM will send an order confirmation by email as soon as possible, always before 24 hours have elapsed since the execution of the purchase. If you do not agree with the data recorded in said confirmation, you may request the modification of the same or the cancellation of the contract.
In any case, communication must be made within 24 hours from the confirmation of the order, through the email INFO@VALVERDEBOTAS.COM and as long as the order has not been made.
If the Client makes an error when sending data, they may modify it at any time in the "My profile" section.
If the error occurs during the contracting process, it may be corrected at any time before completing the purchase process.
If the modified data refers to the postal address where the Client has requested delivery of the purchased product and the product has not been processed, the change can be communicated by email to INFO@VALVERDEBOTAS.COM. If the change is communicated after the order has been shipped, and the package has been returned to our company and its status confirmed, the corresponding amount for the second shipment will be charged.
Shipments will be made once the order is confirmed and payment is made as described in "Payment methods".
We will send you an email before shipping with the purchase confirmation and an assigned order number.
Shipping costs will be reflected in the order and automatically calculated based on the order placed.
At Valverde Botas, we make an important distinction regarding shipping costs, depending on whether the order is placed from Spain or from abroad.
Shipping costs for orders placed from anywhere in Spain will depend on the payment method selected and will be the same regardless of the province to which it is sent.
The options are as follows:
- Transfer or deposit in our bank account: free shipping.
- Credit card: free shipping.
- PayPal: free shipping.
- Cash on delivery: shipping cost of €3.50.
- Shipping costs to the Canary Islands: €10.00.

For international orders outside of Spain (except Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands), and outside of the European Union, all orders will be subject to customs clearance fees and any local taxes that may apply. Payment of these fees is the responsibility of the customer and depends on the customs policies of each country. Please note that our prices do not include foreign country taxes or customs fees, which vary depending on the country and are the responsibility of the final buyer. Similarly, in the case of orders to Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands, the buyer must pay the corresponding customs DUA fees and local tax. In the event that the customer does not comply with any customs obligation such as paying fees or customs clearance, we reserve the right to cancel the order and you may lose the right to a refund.
The shipping costs for orders from abroad will vary depending on the destination zone.
We do not accept cash on delivery for these orders.
- Shipments to Western Europe: shipping costs 15€.
- Shipping to the rest of Europe and Norway: shipping costs 25€.
- Switzerland, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary and Sweden: shipping costs of 50€.
- Oceania: shipping costs of €100
- Romania and the rest of the world: shipping costs 65€.

At Valverde Botas, we work with different transportation companies depending on the location of the orders, whether they are national or international.
National orders, Balearic Islands, and Portugal (except the Canary Islands): We work with the transportation company MRW.
Canary Islands orders: We work with the transportation company Correos.
International orders: We work with the transportation company TNT.
Generally, unless there are holidays in between, we follow this rule to assign you a delivery date that will be the closest we can offer, as a reference, these are the conditions that we apply to our shipments of in-stock products:
National orders (except the Canary Islands): 24/48 working hours.
Canary Islands orders: 10 business days.
International orders: 3 - 4 business days.
There are no shipments or deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
In products that are out of stock, they are manufactured when the customer places the order.
The manufacturing period is 15 business days normally. The manufacturing time is expressly indicated in these products in red.
Valverde Botas does not guarantee the availability or delivery time of the products offered on VALVERDEBOTAS.COM, except for products expressly cited as available (in stock products). Therefore, delivery times apply to items in stock and orders placed from Monday to Friday before 10:00 am. For orders placed on weekends or after 10:00 am, the delivery period starts from the next business day, from Monday to Friday except for holidays.
If there is any unforeseen event in the delivery of the order, we will contact you through the email address or phone number that you provided during registration on the website to find a solution.

Orders will be considered delivered once the customer signs the receipt document for the merchandise. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the condition of the package and possible anomalies due to damage to the material or if the content does not correspond to the delivery note.
The shipment will be made to the address and recipient provided during the purchase process. Before you place your order, we will inform you of the expected delivery details.

Sometimes, the transport company returns to our facilities orders that could not be delivered because the recipient was absent from the address indicated on the package or because the postal address was incorrect, and we could not contact the recipient by any means. In these cases, our company notifies the user of this incidence to process a new shipment confirming the correct postal address. If the user does not respond to our notifications, we keep the package in our facilities for a maximum of 30 days.
In the case of a new shipment due to an error in the customer's address, shipping fees will be charged again.
The price of products offered on VALVERDEBOTAS.COM includes Spanish VAT. However, the final price of your order may vary depending on the VAT tax rate applied to the order.
Purchases outside the European Union: As stipulated in Law 37/1992, of December 28, regulating Value Added Tax (VAT), and European Directive 2008/8/EC, the transaction may be exempt or not subject to VAT depending on the buyer's country of residence and the buyer's status (entrepreneur/professional or individual).
Therefore, sales made to a foreign individual (non-resident in the EU), whether online or not, are exempt under Article 21 of Law 37/1992 on VAT. However, the final price will appear during the confirmation of your order and will reflect the corresponding VAT tax rate for the destination country of the products.
Purchases within the European Union: For orders destined to other countries within the European Union, Spanish VAT will be applied.
Prices for Services may change at any time at the sole and exclusive discretion of Valverde Botas. Services do not provide price protection or refunds in case of price reductions or promotional offers.
The user/buyer agrees to pay for the purchased products from Valverde Botas using the accepted payment methods and for any complementary amount (including taxes and charges for late payments, as applicable).

Cash on delivery is accepted only for Spain, with an additional cost of €3.50.
No other payment method is accepted.
Payment is always 100% in advance and orders will be shipped once payment is confirmed.
The products and services offered on the website, and their prices, will be available for purchase as long as they are in the product catalog displayed through the website. Users are requested to access updated versions of the website to avoid errors in prices. In any case, orders in process will maintain their conditions for 7 days from the moment of formalization.
In compliance with current regulations, the user will have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days.
The customer may exercise this right without the need to explain the reason for their decision, without any penalty.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day the customer received the product.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise of this right is sent before the corresponding deadline expires.
When the customer has exercised the right of withdrawal, VALVERDEBOTAS shall be obliged to refund all payments received from the customer, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which it was informed of the customer's decision to withdraw from the contract, without withholding any expenses, including, where applicable, the costs of delivery of the product (except for any additional costs arising from the customer's choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by the Online Store). The refund shall be made using the same means of payment as the customer used for the initial transaction.
The customer must return or hand over the products or services to us directly within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which he/she informs us of his/her decision to withdraw from the Contract. The customer shall be deemed to have complied with the deadline if he/she returns the goods before the expiry of that period. The customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Only the customer shall be responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from any handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The right to withdraw from the Contract shall apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same condition in which the customer received them, without prejudice to the exceptions provided for in said right.
No refund shall be made if the product has been used beyond mere opening of the same, of products that are not in the same condition as they were delivered or that have suffered any damage, so you must be careful with the product(s) while they are in your possession.
In order to approve the return, it must meet the following conditions:
Remember that personalized products cannot be returned, as they have been exclusively manufactured for each user. These products can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect.
The item must be returned including all original packaging, instructions and any accompanying documents. In any case, along with the returned product, the customer must provide the ticket or invoice received at the time of delivery, properly completed.
For footwear returns, it is essential that the item retains its original tag. Please try on the shoes before removing the tag in case you wish to return them, as returns require the product to have its tag.
In accordance with the provisions of article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the right of withdrawal shall not be applicable to the following products:
The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery. This expressly includes opened, used, unsealed products.
Any other legally contemplated exception that excludes the right of withdrawal.
The consumer and user shall only be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning.
The customer agrees to keep the products in question in perfect condition until the time of shipment. After that period without having communicated the desire to withdraw, no returns will be accepted.

In case the product is not in good condition and the reasons for this are not attributable to the client, the client shall have the right to return the product, informing Valverde Botas of the reason for the return through any of the means provided in these contracting conditions, and at no cost to the client. This return due to a defect or poor condition of the product shall not be considered a right of withdrawal.
Valverde Botas undertakes to assume the cost of the return and to replace the product with a new one or to refund the amount, in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale.
The refund will be made by the payment method indicated in the purchase process, once the package has been received and its condition has been verified, up to a maximum of 10 days after receipt.
Product that does not correspond to the order by mistake: In the event of an error, the correct product will be sent. LAZO Y DUQUE S.L. will also assume the shipping costs of the wrong product and the delivery of the one corresponding to the order placed.

If the reason for the return of an order or part of it is not included in the above list, we will not refund the amount of the item or the return costs. For example: if the design, color, or quality of the item does not convince you, etc.
Valverde Botas will not accept shipments with postage due or cash on delivery and in which the shipping and return costs have not been paid in case they are due.
It is necessary that the product is in perfect condition with all its accessories.
If the return is within the accepted conditions, and its condition is verified, we will refund the amount of the order, deducting the transportation costs, by bank transfer.
The customer must keep the original packaging, as if the product is not returned in its original packaging, the product will suffer depreciation. We recommend that, in the case of returning an already opened product, it should be very well replaced with all the protections with which we supply it from Valverde Botas; you must keep in mind that it can suffer bumps in transportation and if we receive it very damaged we will have to apply an additional cost for said depreciation of the product.
The customer can choose, for the return, between a Discount Voucher, Credit in their user account or a refund of the amount.
The maximum period to receive the amount of a return is 14 natural days by the payment method used in the order. If after that date you have not received the amount of an accepted return, please contact us through email INFO@VALVERDEBOTAS.COM.
In accordance with RDL 1/2007, durable goods have a warranty of 3 years from the date of delivery.
Deficiencies caused by negligence, impacts, misuse, or improper handling when applicable, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use are not included.
In those incidents that justify the use of the warranty, repair, replacement of the item, discount or refund of the amount will be chosen under the legally established terms.
1. LAZO Y DUQUE S.L is responsible for any non-conformity at the time of delivery of the purchased product, as defined in the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other applicable regulations.
2. The products presented on the website may be covered by a manufacturer's or distributor's warranty. The detailed terms and conditions of the warranty and its duration will be specified on the warranty card issued by the guarantor included with the product.
3. LAZO Y DUQUE S.L is obliged to provide the Consumer with a defect-free product.

In accordance with Article 29 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, contracts concluded electronically in which a consumer is involved as a party shall be presumed to be concluded in the place where the consumer has his habitual residence.
Electronic contracts between entrepreneurs or professionals and users shall be presumed to be concluded in the place where the service provider is established. In the event of any dispute arising from these general conditions and for the resolution of conflicts, the parties shall submit, at their free choice and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the domicile of the User.
