HOW DO WE MAKE THEM?

A craft passed down through hands

At Valverde Botas, we believe in working with calm, precision, and respect for the craft. Our footwear doesn’t come from a machine—it comes from the experience of those who know leather, understand the last, and care for every detail.

Making a boot takes time. And far from being a drawback, that's exactly what gives it value.

Carefully selected materials

It all starts with making the right choice. At Valverde Botas, we carefully select materials based on the design and use of each model.

In many cases, we work with high-quality leathers such as cowhide, deer, or suede, but we also incorporate technical materials when the product requires it—always seeking comfort, durability, and resistance.

The key lies in using what best suits each piece without ever losing our essence.

The Goodyear system: noticeable durability

Many of our models are made using the Goodyear system, a traditional double-stitch technique that joins the sole to the upper with an extra layer. This not only increases resistance, but also allows the boot to mold to the foot and last longer.

Not everyone does it. We do.

Every step, done by hand

From cutting the leather to assembly and finishing, every phase is done manually. No rush. No shortcuts. That’s how you create truly worthwhile footwear.

More than footwear, identity

We manufacture in Valverde del Camino, the birthplace of artisanal footwear. Here, tradition isn’t just a word—it’s a way of life. Our inspiration comes from the countryside, the horse, and the pilgrimages that mark the rhythm of the year.

Time and dedication in every pair

We don’t make boots to produce more. We make them to make them better. Each boot from our workshop carries hours of work, expert hands, and a way of understanding footwear that can’t be improvised.

Because when something is well made, you can tell. And when it’s made in Valverde del Camino, even more so.
