B- Measure the highest bone of the instep.
C- Measure where the heel rests.
D- Measure the ankle.
E- Measure the broadest part of the calf.
F- Measure the thinnest part below the knee.
G- Measure on line straight line and on the interior part of the leg the centimeters that exist from the soil up to the first bone of the knee.
Draw the outline of your foot on the paper with a pencil placed fully vertical, so that is perfectly adapted to the contours of your foot and not take margins.
Measure the distance between the tips of the longest toe to the heel.
