Our hunting boots are handcrafted in Valverde del Camino by Lazo y Duque, using premium oiled calfskin leather and the traditional Goodyear welted system to guarantee unmatched water-resistant durability.
Designed with high-density mountain rubber soles and technical Vibram outsoles, they offer exceptional traction on wet rock, mud, or thick brush. We have models tailored to every hunter and terrain: tall shaft boots (Caza-40) for thick brush; mid-shaft (Caza-28) for excellent ankle support; and low-shaft (Caza-18) for trekking. Are these hunting boots completely waterproof against mud and rain?Yes. The premium oiled calfskin used by Lazo y Duque repels water and moisture naturally, making them excellent for wet grass or damp trails. However, being breathable natural leather with handcrafted stitching, they are not rubber rainboots: they are not designed for prolonged immersion in deep puddles or riverbeds.

Which shaft height is best for my terrain?The tall shaft (Caza-40) protects against briars, brambles, and insects in thick brush. The mid-shaft (Caza-28) offers a great balance, providing ankle support and agility. The low-shaft (Caza-18) is perfect for trekking, hiking, or stalking in drier climates due to its extreme lightness.

What kind of soles do you use in your stalking footwear?We use high-density microporous mountain rubber soles and technical Vibram soles. Both are designed with deep-cleat patterns that ensure excellent traction, silent footing, and stability on slippery paths.

What should I do if my calf is wide or I cannot find my size?We offer the Caza 2-H model, designed with adjustable side gussets and buckles to fit the calf size manually. If you need a wider fit in the forefoot, check our special width boots category.
